What We Collect: We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service:Your email address — used solely to track your usage and manage your subscriptionAnalysis results — the structured summary output generated from your contract, stored to power your contract history featureUsage data — number of analyses performed, plan type, and billing cycle information

What We Do Not Collect or Store: The following are explicitly not retained on our servers - The original contract text you submit for analysis Uploaded document files in any format. Any personally identifiable information about the parties named in your contracts

Professional Responsibility for Attorneys: Attorneys using this service should exercise their professional judgment regarding client confidentiality obligations under their applicable rules of professional conduct before submitting client contract materials. While this service is designed with confidentiality in mind, attorneys remain responsible for compliance with their professional obligations.

Anthropic's Data Handling Contract text is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic maintains its own privacy and data handling policies which govern how API requests are processed. When using the API, Anthropic does not use submitted content to train its models by default. We encourage users with particularly sensitive matters to review Anthropic's privacy policy directly. This information is obtained from Anthropic as of this date above.

How Contract Analysis Works: When you submit a contract for analysis, the text is transmitted directly to Anthropic's Claude API using an encrypted connection. The analysis is performed, the result is returned to you, and the original contract text is immediately discarded. It is not written to any database, log file, or storage system operated by this service.The analysis summary — which contains general descriptions of contract terms, parties, and provisions — is saved to your history so you can reference it later. The original contract text is not saved. 

Data Security: All data transmission between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption. Access to stored analysis history is restricted to the email address used to create the analysis. We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI analysis).

Data Retention and Deletion: Analysis history is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by going to Contact Us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Users with specific legal privacy compliance requirements should consult qualified legal counsel.
